Shipping policy

We currently ship to the Netherlands and Germany.

Shipping costs
Shipping is free for all orders to the Netherlands and Germany.

Processing and delivery time
Orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days. After processing, delivery usually takes 3-5 business days.

The total estimated delivery time is approximately 4-8 business days. During busy periods, delivery can take a little longer.

Order confirmation and tracking
After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. Once your order has been shipped from the warehouse, you will receive a shipping update with tracking information when available.

Incorrect address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at support@shopcarrynest.com. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to change the address.
